Mark Souder, announced his resignation on Tuesday. Souder’s resignation comes after an anonymous tip that he was having extramarital affairs with a staffer.Souder’s rumored affair is with a temporary staffer, Tracy Meadows Jackson. Souder has admitted to having an affair, but he has not named Tracy Jackson. Souder will officially resign on Friday.Souder who is also married, is rumored to have started in 2004, when Jackson was hired to co-host a radio show with Souder.

“I sinned against God, my wife and my family by having a mutual relationship with a part time member of my staff. . . . I am so shamed to have hurt those I love,” said Souder.

The two actually filmed an abstinence only video together in November of 2009.
