The Almost Famous star has a 7-year-old son named Ryder with her ex-hubby, Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson.”It was not planned, but they are excited and embracing it,” an insider told the magazine. “She is happy for Ryder to finally have a brother or sister.”

Hudson, 31, and Bellamy, 32, have been dating for about nine months.It’s the second child for Hudson and the first for Bellamy, lead singer of U.K. band Muse.

Hudson, in the past, has been romantically linked to baseball slugger Alex Rodriguez, cycling legend Lance Armstrong and actor Owen Wilson, who also has a child on the way.
