Reality TV star Heidi Montag’s The Hills castmates have taken aim at the busty blonde over comments she made to the media following her recent cosmetic surgery overhaul.

Many New Yorkers and cultural commentators reviled at the news Tuesday that reality TV star Heidi Montag may want to boost her cup size to H after having 10 procedures in one day, arguing it’s become too easy to look like a doll.

Lo Bosworth and Audrina Patridge fear Montag has gone too far with her new breasts, which she showed off in America’s People magazine last week, and they’re upset with the message she is sending to young girls.

Bosworth tells People.com, “I hope that girls don’t read the article, look at the decisions that Heidi made, and think that’s normal. She was quoted as saying that every celebrity in Hollywood has these procedures done, every day… and that’s just not true. I would never want young girls to read that and think it’s the standard that they need to be measured by.”

In November, the 23-year-old starlet underwent a breast enlargement, chin reduction and eight other procedures during 10 hours under the knife. Her breast size went from an A cup to DDD, a potentially dangerous jump for someone so young, doctors said.

Retracting her previous statement about being “beyond obsessed” with plastic surgery, Heidi explained, “I would say that none of those people know me at all, and that’s just a judgment. I’m not addicted. If I were addicted, I would have had 10 plastic surgeries.”

Montag continued, “I think I look like myself. I think I just look like a different, improved version of myself. I’m living in my skin. And I look in the mirror and it’s my career and my life, and you only have one. So, I want to take advantage of everything and be the best me, in and out, every way.”
