Chris Henry’s funeral was today in Westwego, Louisiana. The visitation of the late Cincinnati Bengals player began this morning, and the open casket funeral followed in the early afternoon.

Henry died Thursday, Dec. 17, from head injuries after falling from the back of a pickup truck being driven by Tonga following a domestic dispute.

Chris Henry (Getty) The NFL community is mourning the loss of one of their own, and the Bengals team is gathered at the Alario Center, along with  former teammate TJ Houshmandzadeh. Chad Ochocinco scored a touchdown in last weekend’s game, and cried in the end zone about the passing of his teammate.Henry’s fiancee, Loleini Tonga, and their 3 children attended the service.

No charges have been filed in his death, which was said to have been a domestic dispute. It is unclear if any charges will be filed.
