The Geisy Arruda video is shocking.The Geisy Arruda video on YouTube might be in Spanish, but it’s easy to see the hundreds of students heckling the 20-year-old for wearing a short, hot pink dress to the Brazilian university. Since the October 22nd incident, Geisy has been featured on many talk shows and was expelled from the school for the scandalous outfit and media flurry that followed.

According to the Associated Press, “The private Bandeirante University in Sao Bernardo do Campo, outside Sao Paulo, said 20-year-old Geisy Arruda disrespected “ethical principles, academic dignity and morality.”

Because of Geisy Arruda’s action, she was expelled.  In the United States, wearing a mini dress to class is hardly enough to get you expelled from school. If it were enough, then half of the students that go to UCLA would be expelled.

The University claimed they gave Geisy Arruda many chances by telling her to modify her dressing styles but she disregarded them. Instead, she allegedly posed for pictures and ignored the requests to cover up.

Geisy Arruda claimed she was a victim of discrimination. Arruda did not accept her expulsion and said it was unfair to penalize her. “I was the victim,” she said. “How can I be expelled? It’s absurd.”

A search for the Geisy Arruda video online yielded a variety of Web sites in Portuguese, and a variety of YouTube videos that have been removed by the popular site for breaking use terms.  If you search out the Geisy Arruda video, be careful and only download from reputable sites to make sure that your link to the Geisy Arruda video doesn’t give you a virus.
