Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart ran into a little PR trouble today when a tape was leaked that shows them lounging in the nude with another woman, dethroned beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche.Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss Teen USA / Playboy model Kari Ann Peniche apparently engaged in a threesome and filmed a sex tape together.
A censored version is posted, still pictures have been pulled from the smoky film clip and published as well. The tape still has plenty of female nudity, but for those ready to meet up with a special part of Eric Dane’s anatomy, you may have to keep searching.
A lot of drugs were apparently involved.
In the video, a 12-minute romp, the inebriated threesome lounges nude in the Studio City apartment of Kari Ann, passing around the camera and, for giggles, discussing what their names would be if they joined the adult film industry.Rebecca talks about being high and the two women take a bath while Eric tapes them.
Gawker published an edited version of the video, which showed Rebecca, Kari Ann, and Eric showing some skin. At one point in the video, Rebecca comments that she’s “too high” and needs to lay down.
Peniche, won the title of Miss Teen USA in 2002. She was sadly stripped of her title when she opted to pose nude for Playboy. She has since been rumored to be a Hollywood Madam, or may work for one since the sex tape shows her reading credit card numbers into a phone leading some to speculate that Dane and Gayheart hired Peniche for her services
The couple’s lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ that he will sue anyone who publishes the tape and dismissed it — or the rumored, extended version — being labeled as a sex tape.
